On weekdays, Advanced Systems & Designs - ASDQMS can offer SAME DAY SHIPPING and ship orders via UPS Next-Day / Second Day Air when placed before 12:00 noon EST. Call ahead 800-939-9934 for delivery on Saturdays or holidays.

We ship only to addresses within the United States using this web page. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Thank you for your understanding. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect all products upon receipt for count and damages and report any discrepancies within 48 hours so that we may quickly correct your shipment. Claims for shortages / errors cannot be considered unless a claim is made within this time period.

All returns must have an RMA number and must be accompanied by a completed RMA form. Once the RMA number has been issued, the customer has 14 days to return the package. All returned items must be in resell able condition and include all accessories and manuals.

A re-stock fee may apply on any return. Advanced Systems & Designs reserves the right to not accept returns on OEM or custom made products.
