Frequently Asked Ordering Questions
- Do you ship outside of the continental United States? Not for orders placed on this site. However we do ship outside the continental United States on a regular basis using prepayment terms. Please contact our offices directly at info@spcanywhere.comor (248) 370-9919.
- How quickly does my order ship? Orders will generally be processed and shipped the same day via UPS ground delivery. Special shipping speeds can be requested during the web-site ordering process. Product availability is usually noted on the site page. If an out-of-stock situation occurs after you place your order, we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery date.
- Is same day shipping available? Yes. Orders for stock items usually ship the same day the order is placed, provided the order is received prior to 2:00 pm EST. If you need your order expedited please let us know in the “comment” section of your order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. We will contact you if your request is not possible. Please call us with any questions.
- How long will it take my order to reach me? Once the order ships, it will generally arrive within 1-5 business days, based on your shipping address location. Our orders ship from Chagrin Falls, Ohio. We will email you with tracking information once the order ships.
- How are the shipping costs determined? Shipping is based on a combination of weight and destination using standard UPS shipping rates from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
- Can I make changes to my order once I have submitted it? Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed. Since we make every effort to ship your item as soon as it is received, please call (248) 370-9919 immediately for change requests.
- Can I ship to a Post Office Box? No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. If in the event that a PO Box address is entered in the “ship to” address, the order will be held and you will receive an email requesting an alternate address.
- Can I ship my order collect using my shipper account number? At this time we do not offer this option using the web page. If you need your order shipped on your own shipping account number, please contact our offices directly at (248) 370-9919 or info@spcanywhere.com prior to placing the order.
- Can I use a Purchase Order to make a purchase? Yes, you can use a Purchase Order. Purchase orders are only accepted from customers who have submitted the required bank and credit references and W9. To place on order using a purchase order, choose “cheque” for your form of payment and email or fax us your purchase order. You will receive a confirming email that your purchase order has been approved.
