Mitutoyo 905409 Straight Type Gage Cable with Custom Data Send Switch
Designed to work with our GageMux® gage interface or similar devices that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal. This custom offering from Advanced Systems & Designs is the exact same 905409 SPC gage connecting cable and straight plug (commonly used with standard Mitutoyo gages) with a custom mid-cable data send switch.
This cable is what many have been requesting to use with digital indicators when they do not want to disturb the reading by pushing a data send button close to the gage. And there is no need to add the expense of a separate footswitch. This SPC gage cable gets the data send process away from the indicator so your readings are accurate every time. Works exactly the same as the standard Mitutoyo 905409 SPC gage cable. 80" (2 meter) cable length.
One other key feature this custom cable offers is that it completely eliminates the separate footswitch triggering requirement for most SPC software packages (like our SPC1+ Enterprise, MeasureLink, Infinity QS, WinSPC, and others). When using our GageMux® or similar multiple input devices that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal, instead of using a triggering device at the workstation, this gage cable will prompt the entire full comma delimited string to be sent.
