Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS is pleased to offer the Mitutoyo 293-100-20 MDH-25MC High Accuracy Sub-Micron coolant-proof, micrometer with Digimatic d2 SPC output and ratchet thimble.The ABSOLUTE rotary sensor eliminates the need to perform origin setting each time the power is turned on. With no possibility of overspeed errors, this High-Accuracy Micrometer delivers a high level of reliability. This model MDH-25M micrometer enables .000005”/ 0.1μm resolution measurement, and is ideal for customers who need to make highly accurate measurements with a hand-held tool. Body heat transfer to the micrometer is reduced by a (removable) heat shield, minimizing the error caused by thermal expansion of the frame when performing handheld measurements.
