Mitutoyo DP-1VA Digimatic Data Logger

The Mitutoyo 264-505A Data Logger is used to print measurement data from a Digimatic output gage which can be stored, exported to software, or printed. This palm-sized printer offers excellent functionality. This processor ensures high reliability as an advanced quality inspection machine. The line thermal printer enables fast and quiet printing.
Timer: Data Collection can be triggered by a timer function, The DP-1VA can collect data unattended to measure changes over time.
Advanced Systems and Designs can provide a FlashCable® gage interface for any gage or RS232 device to work with this DP-1VR printer. This printer has an RS-232C output that can be connected to our standard RS232 FlashCable® to send data to a computer.
DP-1VA Features:

Supports any gage with Digimatic/SPC output.

Up to 1,000 pieces of data can be stored.

Timed data collection is possible at intervals of 0.25s, 1s, 5s, 30s, 1 min, 30 min or 60 min.

Data can be triggered by the button on the DP-1VA, gage, cable or footswitch.

Data for each part measured can be printed on thermal paper and/or sent into Excel or SPC software thru USB.

Tolerances can be set into the unit and statistics can be calculated and printed directly from the DP-1VA. No additional software is required.

DP-1VA is a great low-cost alternative to an SPC software.
