The Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester is designed to measure wire crimp pull applications up to 1000 N. This Advanced Systems & Designs - ASDQMS SmartCable™ USB Keyboard, single gage interface connects the Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester to a computer. Attaches the Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester to the SmartCable™ Keyboard using a 15-pin HD male cable connector---no additional cables required. The output of the SmartCable™ Keyboard is a standard USB 2.0 keyboard signal.
Connecting the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard with its built-in keyboard wedge will allow the Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester to be identified as a keyboard device that can send data to any Microsoft Windows application - no messy software wedge required. The SmartCable™ Keyboard gage interface will make the Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester digital readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard keyboard - eliminates data collection errors. If you want to collect data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Explorer based SPC programs, simply select the cell where you want the data to appear and trigger the reading.

Pressing the pushbutton on the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard gage interface

Simple to use!
LED Indicator lights aid the user with the operation of the Advanced Systems and Designs SmartCable™ gage interface. This SmartCable™ Keyboard is easily configured to output data in different output modes on your spreadsheet, such as CR, TAB, up, down, left, or right. The output mode is selected by adjusting the rotary switch on the SmartCable™ Keyboard gage interface. To access the rotary switch, simply remove the top cover by loosening two Phillips screws.
Six foot standard cable length. Special lengths are available on request.
A detailed operation manual is included with the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard gage interface. Advanced Systems & Designs normally sets the SmartCable™ Keyboard to the default settings on the Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester. Make sure both the SmartCable™ gage interface and Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester are set to the same values. Refer to the Mark-10 WT3-201M Wire Crimp Pull Tester user guide for more information on communication and outputs.
