Mahr Federal Maxum Plus, Maxum III E1 Gage Cable with Data Switch
Send data to our GageMux® or other devices that recognize the Digimatic signal
Note: This gage cable works the same as our 250-320A but includes a built-in switch---no additional data send devices are required.
One other key feature this custom cable offers is that it completely eliminates the separate footswitch triggering requirement for most SPC software packages (like our SPC1+ Enterprise, MeasureLink, Infinity QS, WinSPC, and others). When using our GageMux® or similar multiple input devices that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal, instead of using a triggering device at the workstation, this gage cable will prompt the entire full comma delimited string to be sent. Your lean leader will appreciate that feature as well.
Data transfer can be triggered using any of the following methods:

Pressing the data switch on the cable

Using the data send button on the gage, if it has one

Using the Footswitch on the GageMux® or equivalent triggering method on similar devices

Sending a gage read command from the computer to the GageMux® gage interface
