ASDQMS GageMux USB with GagePort Emulation

The Advanced Systems and Designs 8-Port GageMux^®USB with GagePort Emulation has revolutionized data collection and storage. In the past you had no option but to use a GageTalker GagePort NT. But if you use GE CimWorks Visual SPC, or Proficy ShopFloor, and want to connect to a USB COM port on today's computers, Advanced Systems & Designs has a version of our GageMux^® USB multiplexer to emulate the GagePort GP-2104. If you are still using RS232 computer ports, this GageMux^®is easily configured to use the RS232 9-pin output---like a GP2104NT. No need for additional drivers or external cable converters.

In addition, there is no need to purchase two GP2104NT when one 8-port GageMux^® will work for much less cost. The GagePort GP-2104 defaults to Mitutoyo Digimatic input, so Mitutoyo gages with Mitutoyo cables work perfectly with this version of our GageMux. When Visual SPC or Proficy ShopFloor opens on your computer, it reads the GageMux^® as if it is a GagePort GP-2104.

Best of all if you decide to switch to a different SPC software package in the future, this GageMux^® USB is also compatible with those packages as well. Simply load the standard ASDQMS firmware into the GageMux^® USB and you can use it for any SPC data collection system. No one else can do that for you!
