Our 500-40-KB-USB-TG 4-Port GageMux® USB gage interface can send data from individual footswitch ports or by using the individual toggle switches. It adds a toggle switch for each port. This ASDQMS GageMux® USB makes it easy to send multiple readings from each port directly into Excel without adding multiple footswitches. It helps to keep the workstation organized but still allows you to use the footswitch as needed.

SPC data collection is easy! There is no complicated software wedge or other intermediary software. Just plug in and play! This Advanced Systems and Designs GageMux® USB gage interface will make your gage readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard keyboard and meets all of your data collection requirements.

The ASDQMS GageMux USB multiplexer supports four (4) inputs, can daisy-chain up hundreds of gages, and reads directly from Mitutoyo gages or Digimatic output gage cables. The GageMux® USB has LED indicators that communicate to the user if a reading is sent to the computer, if a gage is reading incorrectly, and which output mode you have configured (Keyboard, USB or RS232). The GageMux® USB provides configurable options using rotary switches or commands stored in memory. There is no need for additional drivers or external cable converters.
