The Olympus Panametrics 25 Multi-Plus Thickness Gage is an ultrasonic gage that makes thickness and material velocity measurements on materials that are difficult to measure. Our Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS FlashCable® gage interface changes the output on the Olympus Panametrics 25 Multi-Plus Thickness Gage to a 10-pin output in Mitutoyo Digimatic format.

With a high-quality 6-pin connector, this FlashCable® gage interface works with our GageMux® multi-input gage interface or data collection systems that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal.

When connected to the GageMux® gage interface, pin 9 of the 10-pin input port provides the power to the FlashCable®. If using a device other than the GageMux® multiple input gage interface, make sure the pin on the Digimatic connector provides a 5v DC supply to the FlashCable® gage interface.

Data transfer can be performed by using the data send button on the gage, using our 300-1S in-line handswitch, by using the footswitch on the GageMux® or comparable triggering method or by sending a gage read command from your computer to the GageMux® gage interface.
